Pottery Painting Workshop
Create a piece of art that you can use and appreciate everyday; select a ready made piece of pottery and allow your creativity to flow, using our non toxic, food safe, ceramic colors (underglazes) to paint your very own design.
This workshop a fun way to treat yourself to some artistic time and you will be rewarded with a ceramic piece you can cherish for years.
The Pottery Painting workshop is 2 hours, is suitable for all levels, and all materials are provided. After you paint your pottery pieces, we will let them dry for a few days before we apply the clear glaze for you and place them in the kiln. All painted ceramics will be fired in our kiln to - 1200°C, the final product is food safe, microwave & dishwasher safe, like any other ceramic bought commercially.
You might also consider this a fun activity for a birthday party, a leisurely afternoon with family/friends, a hen/bridal party, or a creative team building activity, etc.
You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks.

The Pottery Painting Process
Walk-ins are accepted when there is available studio time and space, advance booking is preferred especially for large parties, we highly recommend booking in advance as seating capacity is limited.
Walk-in / Bookings
Arriving early is highly recommended. This allows you to get settled, you can choose from our selection of readymade bisque-ware, and taking a look at our resources to get you started on your creative jury. Make the most of your event by being punctual!

We will guide you through the process and techniques on the use of ceramic under-glaze, with your creative vision in mind.
The Creative Process
You will be notified 3 to 4 weeks after completion when your piece is ready. You can either pick it up (we’d love to see you again!) or have the option for us to post your piece back to you (for a small fee).
